Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are typically confirmed by phone, text, or email.
We aim to respond to service requests within one hour during business hours; emergency response times may vary based on demand and location.
Customers should provide reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the payment methods listed at the time of service or invoicing.
Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to additional collection costs, interest, or referral to a third-party collections agency, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Workmanship and Guarantee

Lucky Duck Plumbing performs work to industry best practices using quality parts and materials. Any service guarantee ("100% Guaranteed") applies to workmanship performed by our licensed technicians under normal conditions and is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are governed separately by the manufacturer's terms.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, misuse, unrelated plumbing or structural issues, acts of nature, or work performed by third parties after our service is completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Duck Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services, including but not limited to property damage not directly caused by our negligence, loss of use, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under California law.
