Marcia brings over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, specializing in operations, customer service and making sure behind the scenes everything is running smoothly. She believes that every customer deserves honest communication, reliable service, and the peace of mind that comes from working with a company they can trust with a friendly smile. Outside of work, Marcia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, creating memories, and appreciating the simple moments in life. She loves caring for her home and spending time in garden, especially planting flowers and watching them grow.
Chad McMahon
Owner & Licensed Plumbing Professional
Chad has over 20 years of plumbing experience and is passionate about solving problems right away. From drain cleaning, sewer inspections, water heaters and to complex plumbing repairs, he takes pride in providing quality workmanship and honest recommendations. His goal is to ensure every customer feels confident they received the best possible service. Outside of work, Chad is a devoted family man who enjoys staying active, such as fishing with his sons, playing ball his dog, and tackling projects around the house.
Ivan Gonzales
Plumber
At just 15 years old alongside his dad Ivan started his plumbing career. Those early experiences sparked a passion for the trade that stayed with him throughout his career. Today, Ivan is the lead plumber at Lucky Duck Plumbing where he is dedicated to providing honest service, quality, and dependable solutions for every customer. Outside of work, Ivan enjoys spending time with his family and when he has free time you can often find him golfing, grilling or cooking for his friends and family.
